1.) Do I have to create an account to take the test?
No. We make our study materials and exams accessible online without an account.
2.) Can I retake the test if I fail?
Yes, you can retest anytime. Our goal is to impart actionable knowledge through our courses and exams. That is why we make our study material and exams available to the public.
3.) When will I receive my certificate after passing my test and paying?
You should receive your certificate via email within minutes. You can also download your certificate freely from our Certificate Download Area. All certificates are issued solely in .pdf format. Certificates are not sent via mail.
4.) How long is my certificate valid?
Your certificate is valid for one year from successful exam completion and payment. As our courses and tests are solely online, we require retesting annually to show proficiency in your academic knowledge.
5.) Are MyCPR NOW™ certifications accepted nationally?
MyCPR NOW™ certifications are written to the highest standards by our instructors. We have issued many thousands of certifications throughout the United States and Internationally.
6.) What if I did not receive my certification after purchase?
First, check your spam folder to ensure that our certification was not sorted incorrectly in your email. If you do not see it there, just email us at: info@cprcertificationnow.com. We will reissue your certification. Sometimes typos in email addresses, technical difficulties and accidents happen. Send us an email and we will make sure that you can access your certificate. All certificates are issued solely in .pdf format.
7.) What if the wrong name is put on the certificate?
The name on the certificate should be the name listed in the shipping information at checkout. That way an employer can use his/her billing information for an employee, for family purchase for one another, etc. If there has been a mistake, we will correct it free of charge. We will just need the person whose name is on the certificate to email us, stating that he/she did not take the test and request the change.
8.) What is your refund policy?
MyCPR NOW™ does not refund certificate purchases. As we cannot retract the certificate once issued, and do not require purchase (even if the test is passed), we do not offer refunds.
9.) If I take the exam, do I have to purchase?
No. Even if you pass the exam, you are not required to purchase. Though we will only certify you if you purchase, we welcome you to study our materials and take our exams freely. It is a great way to be sure that your knowledge and skill-set are up-to-speed.
10.) If I take the test twice, will the questions be the same?
MyCPR NOW™ uses multiple tests for each qualification. The tests are on a rotation, so you might get the same test and you might not. However, the course material covered is always the same.
11.) What percentage will I need to pass the exam?
You need 80% correct answers to pass our exams.
12.) Is MyCPR NOW legitimate?
Yes. MyCPR NOW has certified many thousands of individuals in CPR and first aid certifications throughout the United States and Internationally. MyCPR NOW is endorsed by leaders in multiple industries including Berxi- a Berkshire Hathaway company
13.) Is this an in-person class or hands-on certification?
