What You Will Need

To download your certificate, enter:

• The order number provided after your purchase
• The same email address used during checkout

Your email address must match the address entered with the order.

When Is My Certificate Available?

Your digital certificate is available immediately after you:

1. Pass the applicable certification exam.
2. Complete payment.
3. Finish the certificate-order process.

Passing an exam without completing payment does not generate a certificate.

Certificates are issued digitally in PDF format. A certificate email is normally delivered within minutes after purchase.

Having Trouble Accessing Your Certificate?

If the download system cannot locate your certificate:

• Confirm that the order number was entered correctly.
• Use the exact email address associated with the order.
• Check your purchase-confirmation email for the order number.
• Check your spam or junk folder for the certificate email.
• Confirm that the certification purchase was successfully completed.

If you still cannot access your certificate, email info@cprcertificationnow.com and include your name, order number and checkout email address.

Certificate Validity and Renewal

MyCPR NOW certificates are valid for one year from the completion date.

To renew an expired or expiring certification, review the current course material, pass the applicable exam and complete payment for a new certificate.
