BSI the concept of isolating one’s self from the elements of another individuals body substances. The concept is designed to protect individuals from becoming contaminated with infectious materials.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
PPE is the utilization of equipment to protect one's self from infectious materials. The use of PPE is designed to control infectious materials from contaminating other individuals. Several examples of PPE are latex gloves, disposable caps & gowns and face masks.
